The Records and Registration office maintains your student files. It is important to notify us if you have any changes to your personal information.

Address Change

An address change may be processed by accessing your Self-Service account and clicking on “change address.” If you need assistance, you may visit the Records and Registration Office on any campus. Please bring your photo identification with you.

Name Change

If you need to change your name, please visit the Records and Registration Office on any campus. We will need to see your photo ID with your new name. If you do not have a current photo ID with your new name, please bring your photo ID with your previous name and one of the following:

  • Social Security Card (with new name)
  • Certificate of Marriage
  • Certificate of Adoption
  • Certificate of Divorce
  • Court Order

Once the paperwork is completed, please notify your instructor that you have changed your name.
