Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs
In addition to Gaston College’s regional accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, many of its Business and Information Technology programs are also accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). ACBSP is a leading specialized accreditation body for business education supporting, celebrating, and rewarding teaching excellence. The Business and Information Technology programs at Gaston College that are accredited by ACBSP include: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Administration-Human Resources Management, Global Logistics and Distribution Management, Computer Information Technology, Computer Programming, Networking Technology, Web Technologies, Office Administration, Legal Office Administration, and Medical Office Administration.
