Our Technology Services Helpdesk provides faculty/staff efficient support for computer, network and multimedia related issues.  The helpdesk is the primary means for obtaining support.  If you call and your request can not be answered immediately, you will be asked to enter the request into the helpdesk.   You will receive an automated email that your request was submitted and our staff will take care of your request.
