Admission Requirements

Associate Degree Nursing (RN) information session is viewable through the following link, https://voicethread.com/share/15196012/.  Viewing of the link is required for those who wish to apply for fall 2021 consideration.

Beginning with fall 2021 applicants to the Associate Degree Nursing program, students will be allowed to apply to the program if they are enrolled in a state approved Nurse Aide I that will be completed by May 15, 2021 (spring semester). Gaston College will be offering six Nurse Aide I classes during spring 2021.

Announcement:

The Gaston College Nursing Department is offering 0.5 point towards your application for Associate Degree Nursing and Practical Nursing for completion of the TEAS Prep Class through the Economic and Workforce Division at Gaston College.  In order to be awarded the 0.5 point, you must attend all four days of the class and receive a certificate of completion. 

Pre-registration is required. To pre-register email: ConEd@gaston.edu and let her know whether you are registering for the AM or PM class and which week. Include your first and last name as well as a phone number.
Seating is limited to 25 and
Gaston College students will be given priority.
