The Associate in General Education (AGE) degree shall be granted for planned programs of study consisting of a minimum of 64 and a maximum of 65 semester hours.

Within the degree programs, the College shall include opportunities for the achievement of competence in reading, writing, oral communications, fundamental mathematical skills, and the basic use of computers.

The Associate in General Education (AGE) degree is considered a non-transferable degree program. Your transfer institution may accept some of your completed courses with a letter grade earned of ‘C’ or higher, however, it is up to that institution to determine how and for what type of credit you would receive at their institution.
