About Gaston College Health and Fitness Science Program
The Gaston College Health and Fitness Science program is a two-year AAS degree which prepares students to work in the health and wellness field. Our students gain hands-on experience in fitness testing, exercise programming, personal training, health coaching, and group exercise instruction. We also have articulation agreements with several regional 4-year institutions, which allows our students to transfer most, if not all, of their credits in their pursuit of a BS degree in Exercise Science.”
