Please submit your registration forms and payment as soon as possible. We will need this information to obtain an accurate count of attendees and gather information for the meals and registration packets.

We realize some schools may not write the check for your attendance until the beginning of the fiscal year. However, please submit your registration form and you will still receive the pre-registration price if your check is received by July 9th, 2004.
