Happy belated Valentine’s Day! Dr. Harry Cooke, Director of the Libraries, has decided to offer a new service to our Gaston College Community: staff recommendations. As librarians, we of course “read” many books (at least some of us do!) so we thought we would share our interests with our campus community. To start this off, we decided that Valentine’s Day would be a perfect time. In the coming months, please feel free to send us YOUR recommendations and we will highlight those in our display. You may find this display in the reference area of the library, just ask a staff member to point it out to you. If you would like to request any of these titles you may contact Pat Hull or Libby Stone via e-mail or by calling 6359. Here is a listing of this month’s recommendations….to find out more about these titles please contact the recommender. Happy Reading!
