Institutional Effectiveness

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Institutional Effectiveness Department at Gaston College is to develop, implement, and monitor the campus-wide process for continuously enhancing institutional effectiveness.   To this end, the IE Department coordinates college planning, carries out an extensive assessment program, and periodically prepares major documents.
